Been inactive the past while and a ton of stuff has come up in my life. Would be best for me to quit now as I am not giving the Capitals a fair chance and someone more active will do a better job. This is my favourite league and it has a great bunch of GMs here. I may come in to chatzy from time to time but as of not this is it. Bye fellas
